We believe God has ordained for men to be leaders in their families, churches and communities.  We endeavor to encourage men to lead by serving and teach by modeling; to be men of integrity and Christian character who are willing to stand up for what is right, and stand against what is wrong; to serve as examples within this generation and the next, for Christ.

On the 2nd and 4th Saturday’s of the month we have a Men’s Breakfast at the Church, at 8 a.m.  A wide variety of men from our community (many who go to the church, but also men from other churches, and men who do not go to church) join us for a time of fellowship around the tables, where we seek to encourage one another to live out our lives as Men of God.

After breakfast we have a discussion-type study designed to equip, encourage, and exhort men to “step up to the plate,” “stand in the gap,” “get in the game,” “be the man,” “put up or shut up,” ok, so you get the point.  We are currently studying lessons from the lives of Men Who Walked With God, i.e., Abraham, Solomon, Peter, Paul, etc. We seek to learn from the lives of these men from the past , that we might be men who are walking with God today.

This ministry to men is based on Proverbs 27:17, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.”
