Scope of Work
As the Shop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our facility. You will lead a team of advisors, technicians and support staff, with a focus on driving sales, enhancing productivity, maintaining high-quality standards, and nurturing talent within the team. Your ability to lead by example, roll up your sleeves and write service is an important part of this role. Understanding the P&L and driving the KPIs to improve the shop's performance will be your primary responsibility.
