Description We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Technician (MA-HT, CHT/CCHT) to join our patient care team at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) to provide care for renal dialysis patients. Care is provided under the supervision of a Home Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN). Education and Experience: Valid Washington State driver's license and proof of insurability in accordance with the PSKC automobile insurance policy. Current Certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card with American Heart Association. Washington (WA) State for Medical Assistant-Hemodialysis Technician Certificate (MA-HT). Must maintain an active MA-HT. National Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT). Must maintain an active CHT or CCHT. See the full job description here. Location and Hours: This position would cover PSKCs clinic in Smokey Point, with additional coverage for our clinics in Whidbey Island and Anacortes. Applicants need to be able to work any 5 days per week (Monday through Friday) for a minimum of 8 hour schedules and take call on a rotating schedule. Start and end times may vary based on patient needs. Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay range for this position is $22.23 - $35.42 per hour. Candidates who have not already obtained state or national certification as a Dialysis Technician start at $22.23/hour and move up to $22.67/hour after successfully completing their training and orientation period. Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role.
