SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic Principal Financial Analyst to join our finance team and focus on supporting our business unit finance function supporting revenue and discount analytics and outlooks. This role offers a collaborative environment where you work closely with the business unit and finance leadership to drive revenue analytics, planning and process improvements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for Andersen Division revenue, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business unit and division objectives.
2. Process Improvement: Collaborate with the business unit and finance teams to streamline financial processes, enhancing accuracy and reducing cycle times.
3. Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the financial performance of revenue initiatives.
4. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

1. Educational Background: Bachelors degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications an advantage.
2. Experience: Minimum of 7 years in financial analysis.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
6. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial guidelines and regulations.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $99,216-$153,784.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
