Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair large commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and air handling units.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of HVAC systems.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and performance data to assess system requirements accurately.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery to clients.
• Educate clients on basic troubleshooting, system maintenance, and energy-saving techniques.
• Stay current with the latest advancements and best HVAC service and repair practices.
• Strictly adhere to safety regulations and company protocols on all projects.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, including service reports, timesheets, and expense reports.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair, particularly with large systems.
• EPA Universal Certification is mandatory.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including tools and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical data, blueprints, and schematics.
• Demonstrated record of a local and stable work history.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Resides in or is willing to relocate to San Diego, CA.
